Ger 390: Special Topics
Applied Gerontology
This course explores a variety of perspectives on aging, including the social aspects of aging including but not limited to family relationships, health, economics, retirement, widowhood, and care of the frail elderly. Emphasis is given to the changes that are associated with aging and the resulting interactions between older people and their environment.
