The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

The Center for the Study of Southern Culture offers a minor, Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), and Master of Arts (M.A.) in Southern studies. The center also offers a Master of Fine Arts (M.F.A.) in Documentary Expression.

Beginning with the fall 2023 semester, admission to the Bachelor of Arts in Southern studies will be by admission only. This program is part of the Academic Common Market of the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB).

The policies and regulations contained in this online University of Mississippi Catalog are in effect for the current or selected semester.
