The job market of the future is unpredictable, so you need to be able to act on opportunities as you find them. This course focuses on building the skills and initiative needed for personal success. Along the way, it covers topics such as creativity, personal selling, how to be charismatic, working collaboratively and acting with courage. The class concludes with the execution of the Trader Challenge, where students start with a small object, like a pen, and attempt to escalate trades to accomplish a personal goal.
