Law 578: Complex Litigation

This course will examine the procedures used to resolve complex civil cases. It is an advanced course in civil procedure. Topics will include methods of aggregating litigation (joinder, multidistrict litigation and class actions), case management (narrowing issues for trial and streamlining discovery), and remedial issues.
