In many of today’s most innovative firms, teams are a primary mode of organization. This course examines the effective leadership and management of High Performance Work Teams. A complete understanding of teams involves grasping how the composition, structure, development, and leadership of teams has an impact on team success over time. Accordingly, we will explore different factors that team leaders must manage in order to maximize team member satisfaction and overall team effectiveness.
