Msl 102: Basic Leadership and Management

This course focuses on leadership fundamentals such as setting direction, problem-solving, listening, presenting briefs, providing feedback, and using effective writing skills. Students will explore dimensions of leadership attributes and core leader competencies in the context of practical, hands-on, and interactive exercises. Considerable attention is also placed on improving physical fitness. (2.5 lecture, 3 lab hours)
