Mgmt 679: Theoretical Foundations of Management
Management
Provides an in-depth examination of the theoretical foundations underlying the field of management. Special attention is devoted to establishing a historical perspective for understanding and appreciating the continuing development of management theory, research, philosophies, and practices. A literature survey of the emergent management disciplines, including business policy/strategy, human resource management, management information systems, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and production/operations management is provided.
