LA 104: Public Speaking in the Legal Environment

This course introduces students to the basic concepts and methods of public speaking in the legal environment. As opposed to basic public speaking, students will develop the ability to effectively communicate as paralegals and attorneys in law-related speaking situations, such as oral or motion argument, opening statements, closing arguments, and trial advocacy.
