The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Mktg 353: Advertising and Promotion

Marketing

Overview of the concepts, strategies, and tactics of modern advertising, its career paths, and how it builds relationships between consumers and brands. Topics include understanding how advertising has an impact on culture and society; how to develop synergy between marketing communication tools such as public relations, event sponsorship, sales promotions, and digital platforms; and how to place and evaluate ads in traditional and digital media.
