The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Description

The minor in ethics and values allows students in any field to pursue a concentration of studies in ethics from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The goal of the minor is to teach students to engage in independent ethical reasoning and to enhance their understanding of ethical responsibilities in different areas of life.

Course Requirements

The minor in ethics and values consists of 18 credit hours from the list below, of which 12 credit hours must be at the 300 level or above.

A minimum grade of C is required in all courses applied toward the minor in ethics and values.
