Bisc 210: Principles of Microbiology
BIOLOGY
An introductory course in microbiology emphasizing sanitation, disease, food, and industrial microbiology. The course is designed for students in health-related studies such as pre-nursing, nutrition, and pre-dental hygiene. Applies to the laboratory science requirement of the core curriculum. May not be counted toward a major or minor credit in the Department of Biology. (3 lecture, 1 lab).
