Clc 323: Art & Archaeology of Pompeii
This course examines the material culture of Pompeii and Herculaneum as a microcosm of Roman art, architecture, history, religion, society, and daily life; it makes use of several categories of archaeological evidence including wall paintings, epigraphy, artifacts, and architecture.
