Overview
The Department of Nutrition and Hospitality Management offers the Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition (B.S.D.N.), a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (B.S.H.M.), and the Master of Science (M.S.) in Food and Nutrition Services.
Accreditation
The dietetics and nutrition program is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND). The hospitality management program is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Programs in Hospitality Administration.
