This course provides students a framework for understanding and evaluating hospitality companies’ organizational behavior. The primary focus of the course is on human behavior in the workplace, employee attitudes and satisfaction, human resource laws, organizational structure and culture, employee ethics, and strategies utilized to motivate employees.
