Citizenship introduces a critical and transformative perspective of the wider world and one's place in a global community. Concepts, such as social responsibility, global sustainability, cultural diversity, and the exploration of a culture through its cuisine, will be visited with practical guidelines for safety, awareness, and appropriate interactions with international relationships.
