Bisc 210: Principles of Microbiology
This introductory course in microbiology emphasizes food, industrial technology, and disease microbiology, The course is designed for students in health-related studies such as pre-nursing, nutrition, and pre-dental hygiene. Applies to the laboratory science requirement of the core curriculum. May not be counted toward a major or minor credit in the Department of Biology. (3 lecture, 1 lab).
