Law 521: Problem Solving in Space Law

This course focuses on commercial space activities - specifically those considered "new space" activities that have not yet been regulated or addressed at an international or national level. It moves discussion from the academic and theoretical and considers practical applications of the law, identifies gaps in the law, and encourages students to think practically about this.
