This course provides advanced educational leaders at the district level the knowledge and skills to systematically plan, collect, analyze, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to design, implement, and improve educational programs, assess teaching and learning processes, provide effective professional development, and efficiently utilize educational resources to improve student learning.
