CJ 672: Conflict Resolution and Decision Making
Criminal Justice & Legal Studies
This course is intended to provide an overview of how to engage in effective conflict resolution tactics and improve communications with victims, witnesses, subjects, and other members of the public from a criminal justice perspective. Specific focus and attention will be devoted to identifying and mastering emotions, mastering the story, promoting positive behavior, achieving rapport, controlling your response, and taking perspective.
