Psy 716: Psychopharmacology
Psychology
Students learn about drugs used for the treatment of mental disorders, as well as drugs of abuse. Topics include mechanisms of drug action, drug effects in humans, animal-based research directed toward understanding the neural basis of drug action, and the neurobiological basis of mental disorders and drug abuse.
