Fin 455: Real Estate Finance and Investment
Finance
A study of principles and methods of financing real estate from both the investor and investee perspective. Topics covered include sources of funds, types and contents of financing instruments, and the role of various institutions. Course will concentrate on the determination of the economic feasibility of real estate investments and the effects of financing and income taxes upon investment profitability.
