ES 350: Research Methods in HESRM
Health, Exercise Sci & Recreation Mgmt
This course introduces the student to the fundamentals of research, measurement and evaluation, and statistical analysis specific to exercise science, health promotion, and sports recreation and administration. Students will learn to read scientific literature and discriminate credible research. They will participate in group discussions, team projects, and perform individual research and writing assignments. The goal of this course is to teach students to be fluent in the language and technology of research and be able to use them for the practice of kinesiology-related research.
