CJ 678: Diversity and Inclusion
Criminal Justice & Legal Studies
This course is intended to address diversity and inclusion issues that will affect criminal justice agencies both internally and externally. Specific focus and attention will be devoted to multiculturalism; group dynamics, communication, and social interaction; dealing with diverse populations that come into contact with criminal justice agencies, and the impact of diversity and inclusion on criminal justice training and policies.
