PPL 385: Food Policy & Agriculture Systems
PUBLIC POLICY LEADERSHIP
This course will delve into questions surrounding issues of food as well as the health implications of farming. From the global to the national to the local level, food policy will be examined along with the important social, environmental, and economic problems stemming from federal, state, and local policies that affect the food system.
