The Schools of Nursing and Pharmacy operate on both the Oxford and Jackson campuses. The Schools of Dentistry, Health Related Professionals and Medicine, and the Health Sciences Graduate School, are based in Jackson only. (Additional healthcare programs are available through the School of Applied Sciences on the Oxford campus.) Other than these exceptions, the schools above are on the Oxford campus.

Liba 102: First Year Seminar

COLLEGE OF LIBERAL ARTS

A seminar restricted to first-year students designed to introduce them to the world of learning in a class discussion format. Topics vary among sections. Emphasis is placed on the development of students' writing, oral communication, and critical thinking skills. This course may be substituted for Writ 102.
